Introduction to the English Language Center

The English Language Center of FMP is mainly responsible for the English teaching. With excellent Chinese and foreign teachers, it aims to ensure the high quality of international English education and teaching, through the combination of Chinese and Western teaching concepts and international education and teaching training. At the same time, the center also focuses on comprehensively improving application skills of students to meet the language needs in academic and daily life.

The English Language Center has an energetic group of Chinese and foreign teachers at international high-level, most of which have overseas education background or work experience. Meanwhile, more than one-third are foreigners from English-speaking countries such as the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, who have TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificates and rich experience in teaching at home and abroad. Chinese teachers all have master's degree or above, who pass the TEM-8 and get good IELTS scores, and nearly half of them have overseas education background.
